For 2017, we are switching gears for the Ride & Rally Against Cancer. We are partnering with Lake in the Hills American Legion Post 1231 this year to hold one combined fundraising event. The 6th Annual American Legion Charity Ride will be held on August 20, and all proceeds will benefit the Andrea Lynn Cancer Fund. Please join us and American Legion Post 1231 on August 20. Hope to see you all there!
Why We Ride
The 6th Annual American Legion Charity Ride is an annual motorcycle run that raises money for the Andrea Lynn Cancer Fund. These funds used to provide grants to families that are receiving cancer treatments and struggling to make ends meet. There are many other charities out there to help find a cure for cancer; we feel our funds are best used to provide direct financial support to local families. The Andrea Lynn Cancer Fund partners with the Centegra Sage Cancer Center in McHenry, IL to help identify cancer patients eligible to apply for financial assistance grants.
We know you’ll have a ton of questions and hopefully the links and information here answer many of them for you. In the event that they do not, please contact us regarding your specific questions and one of planning team will get back to you!
